Dear friends and family,

We wanted to make Jake’s impact on life last for a lifetime, and are setting up a Memorial to benefit his three beautiful children. Kamryn, Kaylie, and William will be able to receive the gift of higher education. As a family, we couldn’t think of a more impacting gift.
