Memorial for Jackson Matthew Reamer

Jackson Matthew Reamer (3lbs 11oz) was born on 12/3/19 at 8:09am with his twin sister Peyton Ellison Ann Reamer (4lbs 12oz). Both babies were premature but were doing well as each day passed. On 12/9/19 Stephanie and John both got news that Jackson had to be rushed to Chippenham to a team of doctors and nurses due to Necrotizing Enterocolitis. This is a serious disease that affects the intestines of premature infants. It typically happens within the first two weeks of life in babies. In this condition, bacteria invade the wall of the intestine. Inflammation sets in. This leads to serious infection and put baby Jackson into sepsis. The doctors and nurses worked hard to clear Jackson of the infection but sadly Jackson couldnt fight any longer and passed on 12/10/19 at 1:23am. We know he is an angel of God and in a better place but with this being a complete shock to his parents and family it is devastating. The twins are Stephanie and John's first babies together. Stephanie is currently on maternity leave and is not getting paid. John just started a new job and is trying to make a living for his family. Due to the circumstances this account has been created to help Stephanie and John pay for the cremation and service for sweet Jackson. Please keep Stephanie, John, Peyton and Kyrsten in your prayers. The goal has been updated due to the deductible being so high for Stephanie in insurance and medical bills. Melissa (Lisa) Helms, Stephanie's mother is withdrawing the money from this fundraiser and paying the bills that are coming in so that Stephanie and John can focus on Peyton. We appreciate everything that has been given from the bottom of our hearts.
