Memorial for Howard Blyler: Help Fund a Tribute

As we mourn the passing of a great Ducks Unlimited leader and steward in the State of West Virginia, we are asking that family and friends donate to our local Ducks Unlimited in honor of Howard Blyler and family. Howard was a past state chairman for WV, local chapter chairman, lifetime DU Sponsor and avid waterfowl conservationist. These funds will be used in a memorial sign to be posted along a WV tributary in his honor.
