My name is Jessica, Hector Ramirez's daughter. My father stepped into Heaven on February 10, 2022. He was an amazing husband to his wife Mayra; incredible father to his three children: Jessica, Sandy, and Michael; loving abuelito/grandpa to his four grandchildren: MiaBella, Lissette, Sebastian, and Eva; and dear friend to many - only some of his many titles here on Earth.

He touched the lives of every person he met, showing God's unconditional love and Grace to all without regret. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, or share his Faith in Jesus to encourage and pray for anyone in need. He always had a strong drive to live life to the fullest and to do whatever he could to provide for his family. He was a dedicated Costco employee retiring just shy of 25 years of service.

By God's Grace, Hector survived cancer in 2020, which led him to retire in 2021 to enjoy the rest of his life with his family. Upon retiring, he applied and was denied life insurance due to his cancer history. He was in the process of finalizing a reverse mortgage to provide and secure his wife's future wellbeing if he ever passed. Sadly, before signing the final documents for the reverse mortgage, he became ill with Covid. He was brought by ambulance to the ER on Jan 17, 2022. He was admitted to the ICU on Jan 19, 2022 and remained there until his passing on Feb 10, 2022.

His unexpected passing has brought costs for final wishes, unforeseen medical expenses, attorney/legal fees, and financial loss to his beloved wife.
