On May 26, 2022, our family unexpectantly lost our much loved and cared-for Father. My dad touched the hearts and lives of everyone he encountered and will be forever remembered as someone who cared for others more than himself.

Greg Olivas was someone who loved life. He hated sitting indoors and went to the ocean or mountains every chance he could. My dad would brag to me about how active he was, how he would outlive everyone, and how he could still ski the largest mountain in Mammoth. He wanted to always be around people he cared about and share his experiences with them.

Although my parents were divorced, our family was always close. We spent every Thanksgiving and Christmas together and had dinner almost every week. My parents have driven with me to Arizona to move me every school year. Although they weren't together, they maintained a partnership.

The loss of our father has put a significant financial burden on our family. Because of my parent's partnership, my mom and dad split almost every bill for my brother and me. Without him, we can not afford to continue these payments; my mom is not able to provide for both of us alone. By donating, you are helping fund a beautiful memorial service and allowing our family to grieve and process the loss of our father without any worry about financial affairs.
