Gary Peters, age 64, unexpectedly passed away this week in his home in Waupaca, Wisconsin.
Gary was born February 20, 1955 to Charles and Myrt Peters. He grew up in Wausau and lived there most of his life. A few years ago he relocated to Waupaca where he made his new home.
In his 64 years, my dad touched many, many lives. In just the last few days, I have received a countless number of messages and phone calls and most importantly, memories. Memories from all of the lives he made smile, laugh, had an impact on, and just enjoyed his company.
Due to his unexpected passing, not much was in order. I hope you will all be able to attend his service to share your memories and give my Dad a final farewell (arrangements not finalized as of yet)
I am asking in lieu of flowers, donations be given for a fund for Aviana and Marellia- his granddaughters who will miss him and their fun times more than words can express.
He sadly leaves behind me, his daughter Kate (Rhubin) Harris. 2 Granddaughters Aviana (11) and Marellia (4) Harris. Brother Roger (Doris) Peters. Nephew Jeff (Ann) Peters and 2 great-nephews Nick and Matt. He is also survived by a multitude of other extended family and friends.
