On Sunday June 16th, 2019, our world lost a beautiful soul in my brother, David Hlavin. All who know him can attest to his huge heart and the passion with which he loved & provided for his children - twins Julian & Myles and his oldest Caiden.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider this donation.
Your donations will enable his love and support to continue to be passed to his boys, even though Dave is no longer here with us. The majority will be used to fund a trust for the future needs of his 3 children. As they grow, they will be able to access the funds for higher education or other necessary expenditures. The trust will be managed by Richard Hlavin (uncle / Godfather) with the guidance of their respective mothers (Adrien Hlavin & Nicole Grills).
A percentage will also go to the Compassionate Care Hospice by way of the Amedisys Foundation , who provided Dave amazing care during his final days.
