Tradgedy ended the lives of two young girls

Donation protected
Our beautiful girls (Charlotte 9, and Charisse 16 years old), were shot and killed by their father (who had mental illness) and then took his own life. Charlotte and Charisse (Reese) were full of aspirations for the future. Charlotte was fearless and would hop on a hoverboard or bike, attempt a jump at the skate park without hesitation, or gather the attention of strangers with a funny joke or riddle; she also had a talent for drawing and painting. Charisse shared her mother’s talent for hair and make-up and enjoyed dolling herself and others up. She loved riding horses and spent many days at a stable on the outskirts of Phoenix. They both loved dogs very much and grew up with many family pets (Eva, Bitsy, Bret and Walter) over the years. The girls’ mother loved them fiercely, and though their mother had multiple sclerosis (MS) and lived in chronic pain, she always put the girls first. She would enjoy spending time with them, whether snuggled up at home watching movies and doing crafts, or taking trips to places like Sedona and spending quality alone time together. As we celebrate their lives, we ask those who knew the girls, or their mother, consider sharing a particular story or moment digitally here (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100077562146674&sk=about) or on paper to (145 West Wickenburg Way (unit C), Wickenburg Arizona, 85390). Whether or not you know the family, if you are willing and able to provide a monetary donation, all donations will go toward helping the family pay for funeral expenses and help give the girl’s mother financial support while grieving during this time of heartache and pain.

Family and friends, we ask that you allow the family time to grieve and not reach out directly (right now). However, please write or send digital condolence to those places listed above.

We hope you find it in your heart to share our story, help celebrate the lives of two beautiful girls, help spread awareness about mental illness, and help support the mother who mourns the lives of her two angels in heaven.
Sincerely,
Our grieving family
