My baby Brittney Pomerantz passed away suddenly on May 25th 2019 at the age of 26. She was and still is so beautiful, caring, giving and non-judgemental. She was a wonderful daughter, caring sister to her brother's Chris and Matt, as well as her sister Izzy, Loving mom to her babies Skylar Grace and Lucas Jr., Aunt, cousin, niece and friend to so many people.
Brittney touched the hearts of many that she came in contact with.
May you Rest in Peace Brittney. I love you to the moon and back.
