Memorial For Autumn

I was given permission by Autumn's parents to start this. During this time they had a tragedy happen with their oldest daughter Autumn and Heaven gained an angel. I would really like to help them out in anyway possible to help ease some stress of medical bills and any other costs or bills that they will need help with.
