Memorial for Carter James Pickerill

Carter was a beautiful, happy, energetic, 2 yr old boy. His smile would melt your heart and laugh that would bring joy to anyone. He loved to play outside, sing, dance, and play with his new basketball. 

Words can not express the pain that this family is going through, loosing Carter.
