My name is Karen Powell, and I am fundraising on behalf of Mason Cochran's family. On Sunday, April 24, 2022, Mason was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident while vacationing with friends in Carrabelle, Florida. Mason was only 23 years old. He leaves behind his mother and stepfather Shannon and Carlton Meadows; his father Brad Cochran; his sister Madison; his nephew Jace; his girlfriend Lauren; his grandparents Les, Shelley and Diane; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as friends who considered him their brother. Mason was a 2017 graduate of Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville, Georgia. He was funny, kind, and hard-working. Mason loved all things outdoors - hunting, fishing, jet-skiing, and four-wheeling. He even worked outdoors - at Duren Tree Service in Powder Springs. Unfortunately, Mason did not have life insurance. Mason's family is devastated by his loss.
