Hi, my name is Katie Hernandez and I am heartbroken to share this request for my Aunt Marlene Klomp.
On Friday, June 16th, 2023 Marlene was with her close friends doing one of the things she loved most, boating on the lake. There was an accident and tragically, we lost her. Our family is devastated, she was everything to us.
Marlene was a one of a kind who never met a stranger and always made a friend. She would light up the room with her smile, and offer a meal or the shirt off her back if you needed it. Whether you were related or not, you were family and she treated you with love and kindness. She was the go-to in our family for everyone and the void she has left will never be filled. Those who knew her, loved her and we will miss her dearly.
She had a very generous heart and we’d like to honor her memory by giving to a cause close to her heart. This link was created for those who would like to help make that happen. Thank you.
