Friends and family of Kaila Dace,

I'm sure you are all as shocked and devastated as we are after hearing about the unexpected loss of Kaila on July 21st, less than a month after her 26th birthday. She was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a friend, and most importantly, a mom to 2 beautiful children. Words cannot explain the pain that her family is going through right now.

So many have offered to help in some way, and we're so grateful. Right now, the greatest need is to cover the cost of her funeral and burial expenses. No parent is prepared to bury their child. So, let's rally around them and help to meet this incredible need. Any funds raised above what is needed will go to her children. If you are not able to contribute, please share this, as a way to help.

I will leave you with a note to Kaila from her mom: "To my Kailabear...I will love you and miss you so much until my last breath. I promise your kids will never forget the amazing mom you were to them in the short time you had. You live on in them. Until my time comes when I get to see you again, watch over all your family and especially your babies. Everyone misses you so much already. Fly with the angels baby girl, I love you so much....Mom."
