My name is Autumn Baker, daughter of Edith’s, and I’m writing this on behalf of our family which includes- Katie (her daughter) and Steve (her husband).

On the morning of December 30th, 2022, our mother, Edith Baker, unexpectedly passed away. She had been suffering from COPD for some time and often had difficulty breathing. This unfortunately led to her tragic passing.

Anyone who knew Edie knew that she had one of the biggest hearts. Always so kind and generous no matter the circumstances. She was always willing to lend a hand whether it be stranger or family. She was sweet, loving, caring, goofy, and so charismatic. She could make friends with anyone or anything. She truly was a gift to this earth.

Being that Edie's passing was so unexpected, we were not prepared for the costs associated with her Memorial services. Additionally, our dad was diagnosed with throat cancer and has been undergoing chemo and radiation since November. Since being out of work, his pay has decreased drastically.

We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Edie's Memorial and other costs associated with this. Any leftover funds will go directly to our dad to help support him through his treatment and help lessen the financial burden that has been put on him.

Any donation, whether it is big or small is appreciated. We plan to let everyone know as soon as her memorial service plans are made. Thank you for being there and supporting us through this difficult time, we love you all.
