Memorial Expenses for Daniel Maldonado

Our friend, neighbor and fellow business owner Melissa Cotto of Casa Tile unexpectedly and tragically lost her son, Daniel Maldonado this week. While nothing can ever prepare a parent for the untimely passing of her child before her, a sudden loss is even harder to manage.

 

Being the humble and independent person that she is, and has raised both of her children as, reaching out for help is difficult for Melissa, as is slowing down and stepping away from her business. But she is taking some time away from work to rest and grieve amongst her loved ones. I and so many of us have been on the receiving end of Melissa's generosity of both spirit and resources, and we now have an opportunity to return the kindness.

 

If you are inclined to make a contribution, all proceeds will go towards funeral/memorial service expenses, as well as to help meet the daily needs of Melissa's grand daughter, Daniel's only child.
