Our mom, Crystal Hoffman, lost her battle with cancer on Friday October 21st surrounded by her kids and sister.
Crystal battled breast cancer last year, went through chemotherapy and a mastectomy. We thought things were getting better until recently when her eyes started to bother her and had issues with her equilibrium. She went in for a MRI the end of September. When she got the results back September 30th, she was informed the cancer had spread to her spine and brain. Doctors gave her 1 week to a month due to the aggressiveness of the cancer. She made it 21 days from her diagnosis.
With how quickly things progressed, we were not ready for this expense to come so soon.
