It is with heavy hearts and so much love that we announce Jeremy (Jay) is making his Final Lap with us.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 13 years, Maria; three incredible sons, Jeremy Jr 12, Julian 8, and Jayden 1; parents: Carrie and Manuel Martinez; Siblings: Justin and Vanessa Martinez; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Jeremy has always been described as an all around family man. He was an amazing Husband, Father, Son and Brother. He was the best cousin and the fun uncle. He was a mentor, a confidant and a best friend. He was whatever the person in front of him needed to be because he was always full of love, compassion and acceptance. Jeremy radiated a love that no one could match and anyone who was lucky enough to know him felt it. You felt his respect in your hand when you shook his, you felt a pure love when he embraced you and in the words he spoke to you. You tasted it in the food he prepared for you and the drink he served you. He was happiest when surrounded by family, the more the merrier. He loved to watch all of the smiling faces around him and listen to all the laughter. He wanted to talk and listen to whatever you had to say because to him, you mattered. We are blessed to have been a part of his life. We are blessed he took his time with us to teach us. We are blessed to be able to hold his memory in our hearts.
The proceeds raised will be used to support the family and their future needs. We would like to thank you in advance for you thoughts, prayers and love.
