Phyllis Adele Daniel Jackson was a mother, a grandmother, a sister, a cousin, and an aunt. She was known to the family as Phyllis or Phyl from Pontiac Michigan. She was a veteran. More than anything, she was known as a giver of love, strength, and peace to so many who knew her as Danielle. Danielle lived life with a full laugh and a smile that would welcome everyone. She traveled the world and created not just friends but family worldwide. She had a way of making anyone at any time feel heard and comforted more people than she ever realized. She was the best friend and sister that many of us never knew we could have and will dearly miss forever.

She was our mother. She was our peace and our assurance that everything would be fine because we together would thrive. Without judgment, without payment in return, and without fear she loved, she laughed, and she celebrated every day.

As the memorial holiday approaches, we are raising funds for our mother's funeral expenses. Although a veteran, Danielle (Phyllis) is not eligible for upfront coverage of costs. We would like to lay our veteran to rest as soon as we can.
