The City Memorial Sign honoring Mike Rotkin has been installed on West Cliff Drive approximately one city block west of the Lighthouse, at the first curve in the fence overlooking Its Beach. Native plants will be installed, similar to those at the Its Overlook further west, and the site will be even lovelier as they mature and add to the beauty of Mike’s wonderful smile, greeting everyone who passes by.
