Memorial bench for Sam Spady
Donation protected
15 years of time have passed since this world lost one of its brightest souls. 15 years have gone by since many of us were forced to say goodbye to the charismatic, funny, stunningly beautiful and uniquely talented Samantha Spady.
Sam impacted so many people with her easygoing personality and ability to make everywhere feel cherished and important in her presence.
As the years have passed, time has had a way of taking with it the raw and gut wrenching sting of Sam’s death. However, it will never steal the spirit of love and light she left behind to remind us all of how lucky we were to know her.
On this 15 year anniversary of Sam’s passing, my mom Peggy Mihelich and I have begun the process of curating a memorial bench on the campus of CSU.
Our goal is to raise 5,000 dollars for this bench, so we can remember and honor our friend, and also remind those who see it of the signs and symptoms of alcohol poisoning to continue to bring awareness to the topic.
We have been in touch with Sam’s parents Rick and Patty Spady, and they are thrilled at the idea of this memorial.
Thank you in advance for your donations and your love and support for Sam and her family and friends who miss her dearly.
