A Memorial Bench to Remember Oscar Espinosa

Hello everyone,

With hearts full of love and gratitude for Oscar’s life, we are organizing this campaign to raise funds for a memorial bench at 10 Mile Creek Trail (Boyds, MD), his favorite place. It was on this trail where he spent countless hours riding his bike, finding peace, freedom, and joy among the trees and nature.

Oscar tragically passed away while doing one of the things he loved most: riding his bike. Though his absence is deeply painful, we want to honor his life in a lasting and tangible way-one that invites reflection and keeps his memory alive in the place that meant so much to him.

The memorial bench will serve as a resting spot for those passing through the trail, and as a reminder of Oscar’s joyful, generous, and adventurous spirit.

All donations will go directly toward covering the cost of the bench installation, along with a small commemorative plaque bearing his name and a few words that reflect who he was.

Any contribution, no matter how small, is received with deep gratitude. Thank you for helping us keep Oscar’s memory alive in the place he loved so dearly.

Una banca para recordar a Oscar Espinosa

Hola a todos,

Con el corazón lleno de amor y gratitud por la vida de Oscar, estamos organizando esta campaña para recaudar fondos y colocar una banca conmemorativa en 10 Mile Creek Trail (en Boyds, MD), su lugar favorito. Fue en este sendero donde pasó tantas horas andando en bicicleta, encontrando paz, libertad y alegría entre los árboles y la naturaleza.

Oscar falleció trágicamente mientras hacía una de las cosas que más amaba: andar en bicicleta. Aunque su ausencia duele profundamente, queremos celebrar su vida de una manera tangible y duradera, que invite a la reflexión y mantenga viva su memoria en el lugar que tanto significó para él.

La banca memorial servirá como un espacio de descanso para quienes pasan por el sendero, y también como un recordatorio del espíritu alegre, generoso y aventurero de Oscar.

Todo lo recaudado irá directamente a cubrir los costos de instalación de la banca con una pequeña placa conmemorativa con su nombre y unas palabras que lo representen.

Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, será recibido con enorme gratitud. Gracias por ayudarnos a mantener viva la memoria de Oscar en el lugar que tanto amó.
