Memorial for Karen L. Faxon & Emery Faxon Silk

Two very special people in my life have been through the unimaginable and they need our help to try to mend their broken hearts—

On February 19, 2023 Jillian lost her mom unexpectedly due to a short battle with ovarian cancer and only a short week later on February 27, 2023, Jillian and Tommy Silk experienced an unimaginable heartbreak that no parent should ever have to go through - the loss of their precious, beautiful daughter, Emery Faxon Silk.

Unfortunately, no amount of time can heal the hole they have in their hearts and keeping both Karen’s and Emery’s memory alive is something that Jill and Tommy strive for.

To honor that, they would like to have a personalized tree and bench in Karen and Emery’s name placed in Prospect Park. They plan on bringing their pups, Mila and Chance, to visit their mother, mother-in-law and daughter every day.

What they also hope to do is bring the community together to be part of this special memorial.
