We've recently lost a man who was very special to a lot of people. Ive known Josh and his family for most of my life, and words can't explain how hard this has been for everyone.
We have decided to celebrate Josh's life rather than mourn. Josh would have wanted it this way. There is going to be a celebration of Josh's beautiful life in Salmon Arm near the end of September as its Josh's birthday. What better time to celebrate our friend, brother, and son.
As most of you probably know, Josh spent a big chunk of his life with a skateboard under his feet. And we all shared the same passion for many years together. I've put together this Go Fund Me to fund a memorial bench to be installed at the Salmon Arm skatepark . I've sourced a bench that looks like a skateboard, which will have a memorial plaque installed into it. I'll add a link at the bottom of this for a photo of the bench.
The cost of the bench plus shipping and handling, a memorial plaque and instillation is still being determined so I'm trying to raise funds as quickly as possible to make sure we can get the bench in time for Josh's celebration. Any money left over will be put towards the celebration expenses.
Literally ANYTHING helps. Big or small, every donation is going towards remembering a great man. Thank you for taking the time.
Love you and miss you Josh !!
