It's been almost five years since I lost my second baby girl to a complete placental abruption. It was one of the scariest and saddest things I've ever had to deal with.

We love and miss her everyday, she's definitely never been forgotten. There are Mendelian spread out through our house and we are always making more.

My first daughter has a really hard time with missing her sister.  She was old enough to know there was a baby sister in mommies tummy and she didn't come home with me! 

Every year for her birthday we do something special for her. We always decorate the house to have a little "party" for her and make cupcakes to share with the birds ( my girl likes to think they bring them up to heaven for her sister). 

This year we'd like to do something extra special for her 5th birthday in heaven! After alot of thought we've decided we would like to raise money to buy her a memorial bench!

We think this would be a great thing to help my daughter and the rest of us heal and have a place to go that's dedicated to our sweet angel Addison!!
