Memorial Bench and College Fund

On August 9, 2022, a light was taken from us all. Chaz Alexander Bates was a son, a father, a brother, a nephew and a dear friend to us all.

To see his smile again, to hear that laugh one more time, would be something we would cherish forever. But unfortunately, all we are left with are our memories and photographs.

Family and friends want Chaz's memory to live on forever. To not be forgotten in the days, weeks, months or years to come.

For Carter, all of us, with the family's blessings, is raising funds for a memorial bench in Chaz's honor.

A place to sit and think of or talk about your memories with Chaz. A place Carter and their family will always have to visit as the years come.

The bench cost is $2,500.00; any additional funds will be placed in a college fund or any other needs necessary for Carter. The location of the bench will be Harris Pavillion across from Cj Finz. Located in Old Town Manassas.
