Memorial Bench & Plaque For Catono Perez

Catono Perez tragically and devastatingly lost his life on April 11, 2020.  His life was taken far to soon and his absence will never go unnoticed.  Growing up, his laughter was contagious and his smile could light up a room. To his family he was the jokester, always making them giggle.  I have been talking with his mom Laurel, and his brother Etienne and they couldn't think of a more beautiful way to honor Catono's life than with a park bench with a plaque in the town of Fairfax. A town the family lived in for 18 years, and where Catono was happy. The memorial bench will be located at Bolinas Park "the green".  Laurel, Pierre and I went to Fairfax, and Laurel found a beautiful spot where she felt was meant for her beloved son.  I have added a picture of the spot to this page.  It will be a beautiful place for his family and friends to gather to be with him, and remember him.  This fundraiser is to raise the money for the bench to be made, and the plaque itself.  The family greatly appreciates your kindness and support.
