To those who knew how good-hearted and generous Keri was & for those who would like to help... Kathryn would be forever grateful.

Keri passed away without a will. She did not have any large assets other than the townhouse. Kathryn would like to be able to acquire the title to the deed but needs to go through a costly probate process. She herself is in serious need of funds. We are also trying to plan a memorial for after the summer months. Any help with that would be much appreciated.
