Thank you so much to each person who has reached out to myself, my sister, and our father’s love, Leonor. We are so thankful for your prayers and words of encouragement. The loss of our Dad has been very tough, and very unexpected.

Early Monday morning, August 2nd our Dad (Eli) was admitted into the ICU in CA, that afternoon he was air lifted to another hospital after having a heart attack. CATH scans later showed that all major vessels and arteries to his heart were blocked so he was receiving no oxygen to his heart. His lungs were full of fluid from pneumonia and scared. He needed open heart surgery ASAP but could not get it until his body and lungs were stable enough. By Tuesday he was intubated in a medical coma and early Thursday morning, August 5th, he went to be with our Lord and Savior at 58 years old.

This is hard to write, and has been hard to process as a family to say the least. We are working through grief and many details following this unexpected event.
