Memorial and Funeral of Enzo Mesquita

Hello, my name is Margarete Viviane Mesquita, mother of the beautiful prince Enzo Kevin Exner Mesquita, 5 years old..
Enzo was born on 26/05/2018 perfectly well!! After a few months of life, I realized that Enzo was a baby who had some delays in his development compared to other babies his age. Enzo started to sit up on his own and crawl when he was 1 year old. Enzo was never able to walk or talk he just made sounds and loved to laugh a lot... unfortunately he depended on me 24 hours a day for all his needs, Enzo had global developmental delays, sensory problems and so we were referred by Great Ormond Street Hospital in London carrying out a genetic test where it was confirmed that Enzo had a rare and very complex metabolic disease called Mitochondrial Disease POLG Mutations where all the cells in the body do not produce the energy necessary for healthy development, causing organ failure, and unfortunately this is It a disease with no cure that would take Enzo’s life even as a child
Enzo managed to live until he was 3 years old without any further complications and when Enzo turned 4 he started having large seizures that were difficult to control and after a while he also developed eplepsy, dystonia, serious gastrointestinal problems where in February of this year he needed to have a feeding tube so that I could feed him due to loss of strength to swallow or chew. Enzo was in and out of hospitals needing to take up to 15 types of medication a day, and in his short life he needed to be intubated 12 times to control seizures, and in June of this year Enzo began to lose his movements developed respiratory problems and in October his liver began to fail until on 10/12/2023 at 12:30 at St Mary's Hospital Enzo passed away leaving behind a 23-year-old brother, an 18-year-old sister and a 16-year-old sister..Despite all the suffering, pain and fights, Enzo was a happy little boy and loved watching Peppa Pig, his only hobby.. ❤️ unfortunately I had Covid and I couldn't be by Enzo's side to comfort him in his last breaths, which left me completely crushed me and his brothers we would like to be able to give our warrior prince a memorial and a dignified funeral Please whoever can help us with any amount, I will be eternally grateful  As Enzo depended on my care 24 hours a day I was unable to work, where we lived with some benefits that the government helped us with, which wasn't much but it was what helped us survive until now!!
I ask everyone's forgiveness for my writing, as I'm not 100% fluent in English and I'm still in shock over the loss of my warrior.. thank you so much for everything
