Memorial and Funeral Expenses for Ofelia Hernandez

Lovable, giving and supportive are only a small handful of words that can be used to describe the wonderful woman we have lost. My grandmother, Ofelia Hernandez passed away on June 3, after fighting the effects of a brain aneurysm that happened roughly 6 months ago.  My grandmother has always been a warrior but she was weakened after the long battle she endured. In my family, my grandmother has been our rock, providing safety and support when the waves got too big.  She's been our tree, providing shelter and nurturance when the skies got dark.  She's been our oracle, providing guidance and wisdom when we felt lost. Not only has she been a loving mother of three and grandmother of three, and a caring, whole-hearted wife, my grandma has been a friend to all. Migrating from the beautiful Mexican city of Mazamitla Jalisco, her husband Francisco Hernandez and her would go on to raise their three wonderful children Carlos, Javier and Stephanie. Her favorite time of the year has been when the family would all travel to Mexico together; she loved seeing all of the family under one roof in what was her favorite home and place to be. As we plan the funeral and memorial services in Mexico, expenses are high and any small donation would help my family and I proceed with my grandma's wishes. We thank you for your generosity.
