On August 17th, 2021 our beloved Mother, Grammy, and friend April Smith comfortably passed from this world into the next.

Since May, April had been battling a multitude of diagnoses and complicated surgeries but seemed to be on the path towards healing and recovery. Towards the end April developed pneumonia and then contracted COVID-19 pushing April’s already tired body and immune system beyond the point of recovering.

Our family is left devastated and in disbelief and shock that April’s life was taken so quickly by COVID-19 complications and her surviving children are asking for any support and donation towards her funeral and memorial expenses.
