On Friday, December 10, we lost a loved one. Our father, Marc Emery, was adored by many and will be missed. Marc's three sons, Joshua, Jonathan, myself(Jason), and all of our family, appreciate all the love everyone has been showering us with in this time of sadness.

Dad never told us how to live. He lived, and let us watch how he did it. Even as we grew taller than him, we always looked up to him. Most importantly, he knew who he was and made us proud.

His battle with stage 4 cancer was one that deserves recognition. He never let the physical battle of his health diminish his attitude or mentality in this great fight. The strides Dad took to make sure he was present, the fight in him was never in question. The obstacles and turbulence that challenged him seemed like nothing because he knew what he was keeping by staying with us.

In January, we will be holding a memorial for Dad at Beth David Memorial Gardens to honor him and his dedication to family and life. When the date and time become finalized, we will announce so all that wish may attend.

Several of his friends and colleagues asked how help is needed, so we dedicated this GoFundMe to Dad in hopes that we can make his departure memorable, honorable, and everything he deserved.
