Mely's skydive for Mental Health Foundation

So doing a sponsered silence or marathon really aint me, as you probably know if you have the great pleasure/inconvenience of having me in your life. But I'm here. And at times I didn't think that was possible. Which is why I'm raising money in aid of Mental Health Foundation and every donation will help.

The Mental Health Foundation is a UK charity for everyone's mental health. They aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

I'd be so grateful if you could spare anything, especially in the current economic climate. But please know it's going to a great cause which will continue supporting those who struggle with their mental health and their loved ones.
