Family and friends I am very sad to say that my stepfather Melvin Howard has unexpectedly passed away on Thursday September 12, 2019.
Leaving behind his wife (the love of his life & my mother) Mary Rutherford-Howard as well as many family and friends, to get through this unfortunate and very sad time.
Melvin Howard will be tremendously missed by many and was loved by ALL!❤️
Melvin was a loving and lively all-around person that LOVED to spend time with his wife, family and friends. He LOVED to be out on the town with his wife while enjoying the local and old-school performers, dance (A DANCE MACHINE!!!), play spades and listen to music.
It would be MOST appreciated for any assistance during these times, with any size of contribution, in order to help his wife Mary Rutherford-Howard and family during this tragic time.
