Melverton Mclaren was a combat veteran. He endured a hazardous duty deployment to Afghanistan. While on a mission, his truck was hit with a 600lb improvised explosive device. From the blast, he suffered life-changing injuries; which eventually forced him to medically retire. He triumphantly made a full recovery and was back to enjoying life. Tragically, five years after Afghanistan, Mclaren died from a fatal motorcycle accident. Mclaren loved those around him unconditionally. He has truly left his mark on the world and he will forever be missed. This account is in place to help Mclaren's loved ones with any unforeseen expenses that may come about. Thank you to everyone for your support thus far. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." Mclaren’s sister, Shirnette Mclaren will be accepting all funds and will distribute in order help with her younger brother’s funeral funds.
