Melonie Monique’s Homegoing Service

My name is Valorie Denton Moore. I’ve created this GoFundMe because my sister Melonie Denton Moore passed Friday December 16, 2022 from acute bacterial pneumonia. This passing is especially hard for our family as two siblings have passed recently and our mother (granny) as well.

Melonie was light. She was so loving and caring. She loved to make people laugh. Her laugh was infectious and her tenderness could never go unnoticed.

Melonie was a fighter. She fought to stay with us but ultimately it was her time to be with God and be with her loved ones who have preceded her. She was merely 31 years old but she left a mark of love on countless people.

Melonie did not maintain an active life insurance policy at the time of her passing. The total cost we need towards her funeral service and cremation is $4500.

We are hoping all of our family, extended family, and friends can come together in this short period of time to give her a homegoing service she deserves and that those who are still here so desperately need.

Melonie’s homegoing service will be Tuesday, January 3rd 2023. We would appreciate if all donations could be made by December 30th so that we can provide our payment on time to the funeral home. If donating after we will still be beyond thankful.
