This fundraiser is helping my family lay my mom to rest. She has been called home at the young age of 44. Though we miss her so much, we are extremely grateful to know that she is at peace in the loving arms of our God. She was a mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister, and fiancée. Being a grandma brought her great pride and joy, and I am glad God allowed her to experience her grandson for as many as 8 months before she went. She enjoyed spending time with her family and listening to R&B music. Her favorite animal was horses. Her favorite color was teal. She was a christian and loving friend. She was bright spirited and fun. She lived her entire life in Pasadena. She was one of the strongest and most beautiful single mothers that you could ever meet. We wish we had more time with her, but God has decided that she was ready to receive her blessings in heaven.
Without insurance, burial costs are very expensive. The funeral services and the cemetery costs are two separate expenses but are coming to a total of now $15,000. These fees include:
Full Funeral Service Basic Package: $5,455
Cemetery:
-$4,195 Burial Space
-$1,495 Interim Record Fee (open and closure)
-$795 Vault
-$395 Setting of Vault
Any remainder of funds will be for the processing fee and the flat marker or headstone
Any help is much needed and so, very appreciated. We are very grateful for all of your help at this time.This unexpected event has hit us hard.
I (Symphony, her only daughter) am also trying to host an estate or yard sale of her belongings in order to help fund these expenses and can use all of the support I can receive.
The funds are needed as soon as possible. Final expenses are being coordinated by myself, Erica, and John. Please feel free to recommend any other available resources that we may utilize with the service, yard sale, fundraiser, etc.
