Melanie Malagayo Hammock

Our friend, Melanie Malagayo Hammock, just recently got diagnosed with acute myeloid lukemia. She will be getting rounds of chemotherapy for months and will not be able to work during treatments and recovery. She and her husband have 2 kids who are currently in school. I would like to start this fundraiser to help with some of their expenses (food, house/medical bills, etc) as they go through this difficult time. Any amount will greatly help their family. AML progresses rapidly, with myeloid cells interfering with the production of normal white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets.
