Melissa passed away peacefully at home on July 17, 2025 with the love of her life by her side after a brief illness. She was deeply cherished by all that knew her, her warmth, kindness, and spirit will be profoundly missed.

She lived life on her own terms, doing what she wanted, when she wanted, without asking for permission or forgiveness. Her fierce independence and vibrant energy left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know her.

Missy lived out loud, never dimming her light or apologizing for who she was.

Unfortunately her passing has left Dan in a situation where he needs help. To have her cremated and to get her ashes back, it is going to cost money that just isn’t available.
