Melissa's last wish...

Most of you are unaware of the battle Melissa Bolton (Deaver, as many may have known her) and her family has been fighting for the last 2.5 years. Melissa was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer at the end of 2018. She has undergone two separate brain surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, and has fought harder than anyone I have ever known. Unfortunately, her cancer is no longer responding to treatment and her doctors have given her 2-4 months left to live. This is devastating to all of us who deeply love her, including me, and I want to help make her last days here on Earth the happiest they can be.

Her and her husband had dreams to retire in Florida one day, so her husband Adam has decided to take her and their two sons to Florida for a month to enjoy the time they have left together. She loves the ocean and he wants to give her the opportunity to enjoy it daily. He also wants to create memories that their sons will carry with them for a lifetime. 

Melissa has been my sister, my very best friend, and my person for the majority of my life. I have to make this happen  for her family! It is not going to be easy getting her and her family there because it is expensive and her treatments have caused a tremendous financial burden on their family. I really need everyone's help to make this happen soon because each day provides new struggles, confusion, and memory decline for her.
