Melissa Hess' Surgery

Hi everyone! As many of you know our friend Melissa Hess suffered an ankle break last week and is need of all of our help! Melissa's work requires a lot of mobility, which puts her out of works until she can get her surgery done. This is going to put her completely out of commission with work for about 6-8 weeks since almost everything she does is at events running around on her feet. She is very willing to take on any work that needs to be done. She would like to ask if anyone needs any office help, help with marketing, social media or something she could do at home or sitting down. Many of you don't know she used to be a loan processor, a closer and then a certified residential property appraiser when she lived in Tampa ... she can help with many of her real estate and mortgage friends, too. Who has too much work on their plate??? Let her help!!!She has applied for county insurance, but they are currently taking up to 3 weeks to process applications. Melissa is in need of surgery ASAP to prevent very serious complications. I know our Austin community and how we can come together for our members when they need it! We are trying to raise the funds so Melissa can have her surgery as soon as possible. They will put a plate and pins in during the first surgery, and then a second surgery to have them removed along with physical therapy. We have high hopes she gets approved for county insurance, but right now the first surgery is crucial and time sensitive. I have attached pcitures of Melissa's current state.
