Hi my name is Melissa Wajda my mother Gladys “ Candy” Wajda passed away on Monday May 23, 2022 at 67 years old after many years of fighting COPD. She passed at New Britain Hospital with me and my two sisters by her side. During the last 2 weeks of my mothers life she was on life support and my sisters and I did not leave her side. My mother was a single mom and was unable to work a lot of time due to her Illnesses and had no savings. I am starting this go fund me to help me and my two sisters Ashley Wajda and Sherri Wajda ease our financial burden and be able to bury our mom. We had to miss a lot of work over the last 2 weeks as well as traveled everyday to be by her side. Anything helps. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
