Melissa Stone, beloved daughter, sister, friend, fiance, bartender, biker babe, and partner in crime, left this world unexpectedly and far too soon this past Friday (May 19th, 2017) in a tragic motorcycle accident. She was a genuinely amazing soul who was loved by anyone she touched.
The details are not all in yet; it happened on an out of state motorcycle camping trip with some of her girlfriends when she collided with a tractor trailor who is now under criminal investigation.
Services and memorial dates have yet to be announced but will be coming soon. Memorial events will be held at Lucky 13 Saloon & The Hideout in Brooklyn.
As much as we will all miss Melissa's laughter, warm smiles and overall amazing character, her family and fiance are obviously deeply impacted by this devastating loss.
Matt's whole world has been ripped apart, and this will not be an easy recovery for him. Do you believe in soulmates? Anyone that has spent any time with Matt and Melissa knew they were meant to be together.
He's been couch surfing since the accident, and has no intentions of returning to the apartment which they shared and made a home of together. He will need some time to get his head back together, and to heal. He will need a place to call home while he mends his heart and soul back together.
Every penny will help. All funds donated will go directly to the family to assist with the funeral costs. Funds after that will go to getting Matt back on his feet after this devastating loss.
