We are reaching out on behalf of Melissa, who is currently living in an unsafe and deeply unstable environment. Due to the sensitive nature of her situation, we are creating this fundraiser without the knowledge of the people she is currently living with, as discovering this could put her at even greater risk.

Melissa is living with roommates who are controlling her access to basic resources and taking the majority of her income, including money she earns through TikTok leaving her with little to no financial independence. Despite paying rent, she does not have her own bedroom or personal space. She has also had her internet access restricted, limiting her ability to seek help, work freely, or connect with others. On top of that, she has no reliable transportation, making it even harder to leave or improve her situation.

A safe exit plan is already in place to help Melissa relocate and start over. What’s missing right now is the financial support needed to put that plan into action quickly and safely.

We are raising funds to help Melissa relocate out of Wisconsin and into a stable, supportive environment where she can rebuild her life. These funds will go toward transportation, temporary housing, basic necessities, and helping her get back on her feet with access to better opportunities and resources.
