On September 16, 2020 baby Mykah Aliah came into this world in a very dramatic, unexpected way. After having a completely healthy pregnancy and no signs of issues melissa’s placenta had stoped working about 2 weeks prior ,which no one would of known. Mykah, used all he had to fight those 2 weeks inside, to make it into this world, but that unfortunately caused uterine growth restrictions and him being born only 3lbs 11ozs and not breathing. He was born at home and rushed to NICU where he is still fighting to gain weight and maintain his blood sugar levels. They also have a special needs son at home and are doing their best to maintain his structure and routine, because we all know kids with autism need this to thrive! As if that wasn’t enough, Mychael’s father suffered cardiac arrest on September 28th and is in critical condition. So now their family is being separated even more so Mychael can be with his dad and Melissa can tend to Mykah and Samuel. With the constant eating out, gas to get to 2 separate hospitals, and a NICU bill this family could use any support from there community.Organizer and beneficiary
