Melissa, Anthony and the boys need our support right now. Please give whatever you can to help support our beautiful friend and her family.

On September 21, 2020 Melissa went for a normal evening run. While running she had a horrific fall and was found having seizures. She was transported to UCD Medical Center. An MRI revealed she had a stroke in one part of her brain, and a tumor in another part. She spent time in intensive care and is still hospitalized. At this time, she is scheduled for a craniotomy to remove the brain tumor. The doctors believe the brain tumor is a glioma, which is a type of brain cancer. They plan to remove as much of the tumor as possible, but they consider these types to be incurable. As you can guess, recovering from a stroke or cancer requires extensive hospitalization, rehabilitation, and ongoing treatment for the rest of her life. We continue to pray for a full recovery from this incident. This fund will assist with medical expenses, time off from work for both her and Anthony, and other needs for their family of five during this time as they have three little boys to care for as well. Thank you for your love and support!
