It saddens me deeply to share that our dear friend and co-worker Melissa Ensing lost her beloved husband Jim on January 28th. Jim was a fighter, he had faced cancer twice before in his life, and he bravely fought back against the disease on each occasion. And although Jim was a cancer survivor, his passing was both sudden and unexpected. On this occasion, Jim's third bout with cancer, the disease proved to be too much, and Jim passed away late Thursday.

Jim was a loving, devoted husband to Melissa, and her best friend and partner. Tragically, their shared lives, and their love, were cut short by this terrible disease. Jim and Melissa shared a love of family, of friends, of their Michigan State Spartans, and of community. Jim was well-known in the DealerOn family, particularly in Grand Rapids, where he was friends with a number of employees. He was almost an honorary employee, and those of you who knew him loved him.

Melissa is a remarkable employee; I should know, since she works for me. Melissa began her career with DealerOn in Customer Support, and from there, she moved over to the Customer Success Team. Recently, she moved over to Sales, and joined my team. In both of her previous roles in the company, her departure left her previous team the poorer for her absence, and made her new team all the better for having joined. In recent months, Melissa has proven to be invaluable to me, to my team, and to the Sales team, in ways that are difficult to measure. She has become indispensable.
She has also become my friend. I love my friend, and grieve for her pain.

Melissa is facing financial challenges that she could not have prepared for, and this fund is our chance to show her how the DealerOn family takes care of our own. Melissa could use our help. It will mean everything to her at this time of devastating loss.
Please consider giving anything that you can in this, her time of great need. Please share this GoFundMe wherever you can. And thank you all,
Kirk Willard
