Melissa Browning Needs Our Help Now
Donation protected
My sister-in-law, Melissa Browning, has always been an integral part of the Union County community, serving as a devoted friend, neighbor, and former executive director of Union County Development Corporation. Her tireless efforts to uplift and support those around her have left a lasting impact on many lives. However, Melissa and her husband now find themselves in a challenging situation and need the community’s support.
Over the past year and a half, Melissa has been battling severe, debilitating pain that has rendered her unable to work, leading to extensive medical bills. Her recent appointment with a neurosurgeon revealed the heartbreaking news that her back is severely damaged, and unfortunately, the damage is irreparable. As a result of her condition, she is now reliant on a walker for mobility, and as her back continues to deteriorate, there is a high likelihood that she may soon require a wheelchair.
This turmoil has caused financial strain, leading to her rent falling behind. If they are unable to settle the outstanding amount by the end of December, they face the grim reality of eviction. Any assistance the community can offer during this difficult time would be deeply appreciated and would mean the world to Melissa and her family. Your support can help them navigate this challenging chapter and show them they are not alone in their fight.
