Melissa and Jordan need your help!

My name is Melissa and my daughter is Jordan. My daughter is 17 and a senior in high school and very active with marching band and drum corps. She was just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. My husband passed away in 2015 leaving me as the sole provider for the family.  I am a foster care social worker for the county.  On August 27, 2018 I was in a wreck as I was coming home from seeing one of my cases that is out of town.  Workman's Comp has been a nightmare to deal with and they decided late spring that they were not going to pay me anymore. Shortly after that I went back to work even though physically I was not ready.  I am looking at 2 spinal surgeries in the near future that will likely have to be postponed due to financial strain. I have a household and a child to take care of after all. My house has been in the process of foreclose, (which I was able to finally get back on track and out of foreclosure this  month) and I'm barely holding on to my vehicle. This week my employer decided they could not accommodate my work restrictions anymore and sent me home leaving me with no income until the doctor releases me to go back to work.  I have long since depleted all savings and used all of my sick and leave time right after the wreck.   Until I can go back to work I am desperate for help!!  Anything that you can spare would be amazing!!  Thank you!
